Cafom Reports 5% Growth in the First Quarter of 2025-2026 with a Revenue of 123.7 Million Euros
Cafom Group, a specialist in home equipment in Europe and Overseas, announced on Thursday its revenue for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025-2026. The group recorded a 5% increase to 123.7 million euros for the period from October 1 to December 31, 2025.
Performance Breakdown by Business Sector
Cafom Group's revenue stood at 123.7 million euros in the first quarter of 2025-2026, up from 117.8 million euros a year earlier, marking a 5.0% increase. This growth reflects contrasting dynamics between the group's two business sectors. The e-Commerce sector in continental Europe significantly accelerated with an 11.4% increase, bringing its revenue to 55.8 million euros compared to 50.1 million euros in the first quarter of 2024-2025. This performance benefits from the strong commercial dynamics of Vente-unique.com, fueled by accelerated sales of the Habitat brand and by the performance of international markets, which maintain a double-digit growth trajectory. The group's marketplace also supports this progression, particularly in France and Northern and Eastern Europe. The international expansion of this marketplace continues with coverage now established in 11 European countries and three new markets scheduled for 2026: Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
Overseas Sector Performance
The Overseas sector generated revenue of 67.9 million euros in the first quarter of 2025-2026, up 0.3% compared to 67.7 million euros in the first quarter of 2024-2025. This near-stability occurs in a context described as not conducive to furniture spending. The sector operated 31 stores as of December 31, 2025, compared to 32 at the same date a year earlier. The group emphasizes that this performance demonstrates the relevance of its offerings in meeting the expectations of overseas consumers despite the challenging market environment.
Strategic Developments and Investments
Cafom Group announced that it has submitted a takeover bid for the assets and all the brands of the Brandt Group, currently in judicial liquidation. According to the press release, this operation could be financed without a call to the market given the group's current low level of debt. Cafom commits to informing the market of any significant developments in this case as soon as possible. The group also inaugurated in January 2026 its new logistics platform for Vente-unique.com located near Moulins in Allier. The commissioning will be carried out gradually and is expected to increase the overall logistics capacity of the sector to 145,000 square meters by the summer of 2026.
