CBo Territoria Renews Its Environmental Partnership with Biotope for the 5th Time

Comprehensive Environmental Coordination

The renewed framework agreement entrusts Biotope with a comprehensive mission of environmental coordination for CBo Territoria's development and construction operations. This support extends from the design to the delivery of projects, incorporating ecological challenges, regulatory requirements, and good environmental practices. Biotope also plays an advisory role for the group on all regulatory themes related to the environment. The mission aims to ensure control of impacts, continuous improvement of practices, and assessment of the environmental performance of operations.

A Collaborative Approach Since 2013

CBo Territoria and Biotope have been collaborating since 2013 in an approach that harmonizes territorial development with the preservation of natural resources and the control of environmental impacts. During this period, tangible results have been observed in the improvement of practices and environmental management of contracting companies. CBo Territoria requires its partners to make strict commitments to comply with safety rules, provisions of the Labor Code, social law, and environmental standards. Each contractor must sign a charter and commit to respecting its terms before finalizing their contract.

Alignment with Impact Péï 2030 Roadmap

The renewal of this agreement is part of CBo Territoria's Impact Péï 2030 roadmap, which is centered around four priorities: being a responsible corporate citizen, committed to the environment, efficient in energy management, and an engaged employer. CBo Territoria was awarded the Silver distinction by Ethifinance ESG Ratings in 2025, with a score of 68/100, showing an improvement of +1 point over one year and +7 points since 2022.
