The Réunion-based real estate company has launched two new real estate developments in Combani, complementary to the Ylang Ylang shopping center. The cornerstone laying ceremony took place on September 24, 2026, in the presence of local officials and group management.
CBo Territoria has announced the launch of two developments in the economic activity hub of Combani, Mayotte: Marashi, a service hub, and Mulima, a retail park. These projects are presented as complementary to the Ylang Ylang shopping center.
According to the group, these developments aim to strengthen the supply of services and retail in the area, while contributing to the economic attractiveness of Combani and more balanced development of Mayotte.
Marashi will accommodate activities in the banking, insurance and services sectors, as well as office spaces for businesses and professional practices. The group indicates that several organizations have committed to the project, including Groupama, Crédit Agricole, Allianz, BRED, Mayotte TOPO surveyors-experts and AKTO.

Mulima is intended to complement the existing commercial offer and meet the needs of retailers seeking larger premises. The development will provide approximately 1,500 m² of commercial space, with units available from 314 m².
The group specifies that Marashi and Mulima comply with the same earthquake and cyclone-resistant construction standards as the Ylang Ylang shopping center and the regional headquarters of France Travail, two buildings which, according to CBo Territoria, withstood Hurricane Chido without damage.
The two developments are scheduled for delivery in the second and third quarters of 2027, respectively.
