Mutual Agreement Departure After More Than Two Years
Frederik Vandepitte has left his position as CEO of Cera and KBC Ancora, roles he had held since February 1, 2024. The boards of Cera Management Company and Almancora Management Company (statutory managers of Cera and KBC Ancora respectively) announced on Wednesday, June 17, the end of the collaboration 'by mutual agreement'. Both parties felt that 'the time was right for each to move forward'. Mathilde Remy, president of Cera Management Company, and Paul Demyttenaere, president of Almancora Management Company, thanked Frederik Vandepitte 'for his commitment and contribution to the development of Cera and KBC Ancora'.

The continuity of the day-to-day management is assured with immediate effect by Marc De Ceuster and Franky Depickere, both long-standing members of the Daily Management Committee. Marc De Ceuster, who has been active at Cera since 2019 and a committee member since May 18, 2023, has been appointed as the interim permanent representative of the statutory administrators. Franky Depickere, who has held his position since September 15, 2006, previously led the Cera group until Frederik Vandepitte's arrival in 2024. A process for appointing a successor has been initiated.
