According to a press release from Verallia, Nathalie Delbreuve, who has served as the CFO for the past five years, has decided to leave the company effective November 28, 2025. Verallia's CEO, Patrice Lucas, expressed his gratitude for Ms. Delbreuve's contributions over the years. The successor for this position has been identified and will be announced in the coming weeks.
Verallia: A Leader in the Glass Packaging Industry
Verallia stands as a major player in the glass packaging sector, ranking as the European leader and the third largest producer globally. The company employs about 11,000 staff across 35 glass manufacturing facilities in 12 countries. In 2024, Verallia achieved a turnover of 3.5 billion euros. The group develops innovative and environmentally friendly solutions for its customers, producing over 16 billion glass bottles and jars each year.
Verallia's Enhanced Environmental Commitments
Verallia has recently strengthened its environmental commitments with the Net Zero 2040 goal approved by the SBTi in September 2025. The group commits to reducing its CO? emissions from scopes 1 and 2 by 90% by 2040 compared to 2019 levels and to offset the remaining 10%. Similarly, by 2050, Verallia aims to reduce its scope 3 emissions by 90%, with compensation for the remaining 10%. These targets are part of the effort to limit global warming to 1.5 °C as set by the Paris Agreement.
