Coheris Reports 6.9% Revenue Growth in 2025
The French CRM solutions provider enhanced by Artificial Intelligence announces a business revenue of 14.4 million euros for the fiscal year 2025, an increase of 6.9% compared to 2024. The second half of the year notably recorded an acceleration with a growth of 7.2%.
Steady Growth Throughout the Year
Coheris generated business revenue of 14.4 million euros in 2025, up by 6.9% from 13.5 million euros in 2024. This growth was consistently built throughout the year with a first semester increase of 6.5%, reaching 7.1 million euros, followed by a more dynamic second semester at 7.3 million euros, marking a 7.2% increase. The Software activity, which accounts for 69% of the total revenue, was established at 9.9 million euros in 2025, up by 2.4%. This growth was driven by a 6.5% increase in recurring revenues from annual license subscriptions, which reached 7.3 million euros. This increase offset the decline in revenues from perpetual licenses and associated maintenance, which fell by 9.1% to 2.5 million euros, reflecting the gradual shift in the business model towards a subscription-based distribution. The Services activity, representing 31% of the revenue, recorded a more pronounced performance with a growth of 11.6%, reaching 4.5 million euros in 2025, benefiting from strong performances of the CRM range both on the installed base and new accounts.
Strengthening of Recurring Revenue Base
The stock of annualized recurring revenues (ARR) amounts to 10.7 million euros as of December 31, 2025, up by 4% compared to 10.3 million euros as of December 31, 2024. The fiscal year 2025 also allowed Coheris to strengthen its base of predictable and recurring revenues, a key element of the publisher's growth profile. The figures presented are in IFRS standards and are currently under audit. The next announcement regarding the complete results for the fiscal year 2025 is scheduled for April 29, 2026, after the market closes.
