Selma Drissi began her career in 1997 at Eurogroup Consulting, a consultancy firm specializing in organizational advice for financial institutions on strategic and organizational projects. She has held various significant roles including Director of Organization and Major Projects at LCL (2006), Mission Head at the Director of Corporate Banking and Wealth Management at LCL (2013), Director of Innovation and Development Strategy France at Sofinco, a part of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance (2014), and later as Director of Individual Financing at Sofinco (2019). She holds a master's degree in management from the University of Paris Dauphine.
