Crédit Agricole to Prepay 14.5 Billion Yen in Bonds
Crédit Agricole S.A. announced on Monday the full repayment of its senior non-preferred bonds denominated in Japanese yen, issued in June 2023. The operation will take effect on June 11, 2026.
Crédit Agricole S.A. is proceeding with the repayment of the entire amount of its senior non-preferred redeemable bonds, with a total nominal amount of ¥14,500,000,000. These securities, issued on June 13, 2023, will be repaid at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus accrued interest until the repayment date.
The repayment will take place on June 11, 2026, in accordance with Condition 7(4) regarding issuer-initiated repayment as provided in the Terms and Conditions of the bonds (ISIN: JP525022DP63). On this date, the repayment amount will become due and the bonds will cease to accrue interest.
