Crédit Agricole: Richard Bouligny appointed Group Human Resources Director from December 1, 2026
Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility (CAPFM), an entity of the Crédit Agricole group dedicated to personal finance and mobility, announced on October 27, 2026 a change within its Group Executive Committee. The appointment will take effect from December 1, 2026, and Richard Bouligny will sit as such within this body.
A director from RCI and Renault
Richard Bouligny, 58, will serve as Group Human Resources Director under the responsibility of Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse, new Chief Executive Officer of CAPFM from November 1.
The press release justifies this choice by the operational profile of the new appointee. According to CAPFM, "as a former leader and driver of corporate transformations", he will bring to the HR function "his understanding of business expectations, economic constraints, customer relationships and value creation".
The company frames this appointment in a context where, according to its terms, transformations in human resources are "important and strategic for the future".
A career path at RCI Bank and Services and Renault before CAPFM
