Construction Underway
The construction of the facility is ongoing, with a ceremony marking the raising of the first column held in the presence of representatives from Procter & Gamble and CTP, the real estate group reports. The site is scheduled for delivery in September 2026, with operations expected to commence in 2027. Procter & Gamble, which has been present in the Czech market for over 30 years with its headquarters in Prague and its Rakona production plant in Rakovník, aims to enhance its logistical capabilities through this new platform. According to Angelique Terrien, Vice President of Logistics Europe at Procter & Gamble, quoted in the release, CTPark Prague North offers a strategic location for storage from the group's European factories and for distribution in the Czech Republic and beyond.
High Standards of Safety and Sustainability
The project is designed to meet the highest technical, safety, and environmental standards, CTP emphasizes. The group collaborated with the Czech Technical University to conduct advanced fire propagation simulations, aimed at optimizing safety and ensuring the smooth operation of the automated warehouse. Sustainability is a key focus of this development, which targets the BREEAM Outstanding certification, one of the strictest ESG certifications in Europe, according to the company. Jakub Kodr, General Manager of CTP in the Czech Republic, stated in the release that strong partnerships are the foundation of every successful project.
A Modern and Comprehensive Business Park
CTPark Prague North is evolving to become one of the most modern and comprehensive business parks in the Czech Republic, according to CTP. The site offers a flexible range of logistics, production, storage, and office spaces, with quick connections to Prague and Germany. The park also provides facilities above standard for employees and the community, including green spaces, sports fields, direct bus connections, and the CTP Clubhaus, which features a cafe, a canteen, medical services, and public spaces. CTP presents itself as the largest listed owner, developer, and operator in Europe in the logistics and industrial real estate sector, with a portfolio of 13.8 million sqm of gross lettable area spread across 10 countries as of September 30, 2025.
