DMS Group: Bpifrance Joins the Board of Directors Through Vladislav Tcaci
On Monday, DMS Group welcomed a board member representing Bpifrance Investissement, a major shareholder since the capital increase in August 2025. This appointment was unanimously approved at the general meeting on June 15, for a term of six years.
Vladislav Tcaci, Expert in Listed Investments
Vladislav Tcaci, 38, an investment director at Bpifrance's Large Cap Capital Development division, represents the public institution on the DMS Group's board. A graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine and a CFA charterholder, he began his career in 2013 at BNP Paribas. He has over twelve years of investment experience, including more than five years in listed asset management before joining Bpifrance. He oversees the strategic monitoring of the group's listed holdings, including EssilorLuxottica, Alstom, Quadient, and Mersen. He also represents Bpifrance Investissement on the board of Arverne Group, a listed company, since June 2026. At his appointment, he held no position within DMS Group and owned no shares personally.
The Board Expands to Five Members
This appointment strengthens the governance structure of DMS Group, increasing the total number of board members from four to five. The board now includes three independent members and two censors. Bpifrance Participations holds 6.3% of DMS Group's capital, following the capital increase in August 2025, which was fully dedicated to the execution of the strategic plan Imaging 2027 and the implementation of the Imaging 2030 plan.
