DMS Group secures contract in Greenland for 15 radiology systems worth €1.5 million
Announced on October 27, 2026, this contract was obtained with Santax Medico, DMS Group's distributor for Nordic countries. It is part of Greenland's health authority's imaging equipment renewal program.
Fifteen systems distributed from Qaanaaq to Nanortalik
The contract covers 15 high-end radiology systems. Each combines a motorized radiology mobile unit M1, two Canon Inc. detectors and a vertical detector support.
This equipment is intended for 15 healthcare facilities distributed across Greenlandic territory, from Qaanaaq in the north to Nanortalik in the south. According to the group, this deployment is to strengthen local radiology capabilities in an environment marked by the distance between facilities and travel difficulties.
€1.5 million in revenue in the fourth quarter
One piece of equipment has already been delivered. The remaining 14 units will be delivered by the end of 2026.
The contract represents revenue billed in the fourth quarter of €1.5 million. To put this figure into perspective, DMS Group achieved consolidated revenue of €50 million in 2025, with more than 80% internationally.
On October 19, 2026, the group had published revenue of €7.9 million for the third quarter, compared to €11.0 million a year earlier, with sales from the Radiology division down 44% over the period.
Expansion supported by Danish success and American approval
This market extends the partnership with Santax Medico, with which DMS Group announced a framework agreement in Denmark in 2024 providing for the delivery of 20 to 30 M1 units over 4 years to Danish public hospitals. According to the company, the feedback from Danish installations played a decisive role in the Greenlandic choice.
The group also recalls having obtained a contract from Ukrainian authorities in 2025. That same year, it received FDA approval to market the M1 in the United States.
It concluded distribution agreements with Medlink Imaging and PI Healthcare Solutions, a subsidiary of South Korean listed group JPI Healthcare. According to DMS Group, the American market represents more than 1,200 units sold per year.
