An Educational Approach Adjusted to Hospital Challenges

In response to evolving challenges in health and medico-social establishments (organizational transformation, human resources tensions, increasing complexity of cooperations, heightened demands for quality and safety), Eduform'Action has reconfigured its Health vertical. At the Tarbes-Lourdes Hospital Center, the first module of a training course for governance actors, spread over eight sessions, records a 90% satisfaction rate. For ANFH Corsica, the training on 'Mental Load and Mental Health of Health Managers in the Digital Age' achieved 92% satisfaction. The strategic approach remains the same: identify a field problem, construct an appropriate response, mobilize relevant expertise, and ensure the support is sustained long enough to produce lasting effects.

Courses Designed to Transform Practices

The Health vertical of the group structures its support around coherent pathways combining training, seminars, collaborative workshops, simulation, field support, and practice consolidation. These programs target three axes: managerial development of supervisory teams, interprofessional cooperation and quality of work life, and organizational transformations and establishment projects. The stated goal of the vertical is to design ambitious, demanding courses that are rooted in the realities of hospital and medico-social settings, in direct dialogue with decision-makers and with an understanding of institutional challenges.

A Structured Presence in the Health Ecosystem

In less than a year, the Health vertical has established significant legitimacy in the health ecosystem. Incorporating the activities of Forsim and Phosphoria, it boasts a network of 250 expert trainers from the field and a client portfolio of nearly 1,000 establishments. Eduform'Action group intends to support over 7,000 learners in this sector in 2026.
