Egide Reports 4% Growth in 2025 Driven by Thermal Imaging
Egide Group, a specialist in hermetic enclosures and thermal solutions for electronic components, reported a consolidated revenue of 31.34 million euros in 2025, up 4% from 2024. According to the company, this performance confirms its ability to generate growth in its high-tech activities.
Significant Growth in Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging saw a robust increase of 56%, rising from 9.08 million euros in 2024 to 14.19 million euros in 2025, making it the leading segment of the group with 45% of consolidated revenue. Concurrently, the group's activities in Europe rebounded by 30%, supported by the return of orders from longstanding clients, particularly in defense and optronics applications. The group states that this commercial refocus on defense and optronics sectors reaffirms its technological expertise in these markets.
Solid Performance Across Subsidiaries
Egide SA, the French subsidiary, showed a solid growth of 12%, primarily driven by the dynamics of thermal imaging and optronics. Egide USA experienced a significant increase in its activity, rising from 8.30 million euros in 2024 to 10.75 million euros in 2025, an increase of 29%, largely fueled by high-tech applications in defense, security, and aerospace. Conversely, Santier saw a marked contraction in its revenue, dropping from 6.93 million euros to 4.09 million euros, a decrease directly linked to the discontinuation of several programs with leading clients in the USA and Asia.
Governance Strengthening in 2025
The group underwent a strengthening of its governance in 2025. Ignace Dupon was appointed CEO on August 1, 2025, succeeding David Hien. In September 2025, a renewed board of directors was established. The group indicates that its priorities for 2026 include continuing the diversification of its client and product portfolio, supporting certain accounts towards a strategic status, and refocusing on key technologies in defense and aerospace. The implementation of synergies between sites also aims to enhance the group's operational efficiency.
