Egide: Normal Trading Resumption on Euronext Growth on July 8
Egide Group announced on July 7 that its shares will resume normal trading conditions on Euronext Growth Paris on July 8, 2026. This normalization follows the publication of its 2025 annual financial report on July 6, 2026, ending its placement in a restrictive compartment since May 15, 2026.
The group, specializing in hermetic enclosures for sensitive electronic components, has confirmed with Euronext the return of its shares to the standard quotation group. Exiting the 'Penalty Bench', a market segment associated with trading restrictions, allows shareholders and investors to resume their transactions without constraints. Egide, one of the few pure players in the sector with locations in France and the United States, thus reconnects with unrestricted liquidity after more than seven weeks in this transitional compartment.
