Emeis Revamps Its Executive Committee with Four Appointments in 2026
Emeis announces the appointment of four senior executives to its executive committee, continuing a transformation that began four years ago. These organizational changes will take place in September and October 2026, aiming to support growth and enhance the quality of care.
Jean-Marc Boursier to Lead Group Operations
Jean-Marc Boursier, currently Deputy CEO, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer starting September 1, 2026. He will be responsible for operations across all countries in the group, with regional CEOs reporting directly to him. He will also continue to serve as the CEO for France. The Health and Safety department will also fall under his jurisdiction. Boursier, who holds an engineering degree from Telecom Sud Paris and a Master's in Finance from HEC Paris, has previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer within the Suez group.
Three New Vice Presidents for Human Resources, Medical, and Finance
Sylvie Brisson, former Director of Human Resources and CSR at Club Med, will take on the role of Executive Vice President in charge of Human Resources starting October 1, 2026, succeeding Fanny Barbier who is leaving the group after four years. Maria de la Mota, currently the Medical Director of Emeis Iberia (Spain and Portugal), is appointed Executive Vice President in charge of Medical Affairs, a role she will assume from September 1. Julia Clavel, who previously led strategy, innovation, and mergers and acquisitions, will become the Chief Financial Officer starting September 1, 2026.
