Eramet Appoints Laetitia Brun as Director of Human Resources
The mining and metallurgical group Eramet announced on December 17 the appointment of Laetitia Brun as the Group's Director of Human Resources, effective from February 9, 2026. She will join the Executive Committee and succeed Anne-Marie Le Maignan, who is retiring after twenty-two years with the group.
New Role Effective February 2026
Laetitia Brun will assume her role on February 9, 2026, as the Director of Human Resources for the Eramet Group and will join the Executive Committee, according to the press release. She succeeds Anne-Marie Le Maignan, who has decided to retire after dedicating twenty-two years to supporting the group's development and its recent transformation into an entity focused exclusively on mining and metals. Anne-Marie Le Maignan joined Eramet in 2003 as the Group's Director of Talent, before holding several HR management positions at the entity and operational unit levels. She was appointed Director of Human Resources for the Group and a member of the Executive Committee in 2020. Prior to joining Eramet, she spent 13 years with the Saint-Gobain Group, the company specifies.
Extensive International HR Experience
Laetitia Brun has over 20 years of international human resources experience and a background in various sectors such as chemistry, metallurgy, infrastructure, and transportation, according to the group. Until recently, she held the position of Group Director of Human Resources at Seqens, a global leader in pharmaceutical solutions and specialty ingredients, where she was also a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, she spent 15 years at Rhodia and Solvay, where she held various HR management positions in training and development, career management, industrial relations, and project management, before becoming HR Director for several international functions and activities. She then joined Winoa as Group Director of Human Resources, with additional responsibilities for Safety and Communication, before moving to Getlink, a company listed on the SBF120 index.
International Leadership Experience
Laetitia Brun has held management positions in France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, bringing an international perspective to the strategic direction of human resources, according to the press release. In her various roles within complex, matrix, and multicultural organizations, she has led significant transformation programs, developed HR strategies, and promoted the development of leadership capabilities in diverse international environments, the company indicates.
