Exor: Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas Appointed Deputy CEO Effective July 1, 2026
Exor announces governance changes: Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas will become Deputy CEO starting July 1, 2026. Concurrently, Suzanne Heywood, Chief Operating Officer for over a decade, has expressed her desire to step down from her executive role in January 2027.
Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas will assume the role of Deputy CEO on July 1, 2026, and will report directly to John Elkann, CEO of Exor. On the same date, John Elkann will also take on the role of Chairman of the Board at Lingotto, the British asset management company founded by Exor in May 2023. Lingotto now manages over $10 billion in assets.

Suzanne Heywood, who has served as the Chief Operating Officer for more than ten years, has expressed her intention to leave her executive responsibilities in January 2027 to pursue opportunities outside of Exor. However, she will maintain her involvement in the governance of Exor's portfolio companies: she will continue as Chairwoman of the Board of CNH and the Iveco Group, as well as a board member of The Economist Group and Christian Louboutin.
