GE Aerospace Reports 21% Growth in 2025 and Raises Its Targets

Strong Performance in the Fourth Quarter of 2025
In the fourth quarter of 2025, GE Aerospace recorded adjusted revenue of $11.9 billion, up 20% year-over-year. Adjusted earnings per share reached $1.57, exceeding forecasts of $1.43 and marking a 19% increase from the previous year. For the full year of 2025, adjusted revenue grew by 21%, while adjusted earnings per share increased by 38% to $6.37. Free cash flow rose 24% to reach $7.7 billion, with a conversion rate exceeding 100%.
Growth in Commercial Engines & Services and Defense & Propulsion Technologies
The Commercial Engines & Services segment generated revenue of $9.5 billion in the fourth quarter, up 24%. Service revenues increased by 31% during the quarter, driven by a 30% increase in revenues from internal shop visits and a growth of over 25% in spare parts revenues. The Defense & Propulsion Technologies segment saw a 13% increase in revenue, reaching $2.8 billion. The order book showed remarkable strength with a 74% growth in the fourth quarter and 32% for the full year 2025.

GE Aerospace anticipates double-digit revenue growth in 2026. The company projects adjusted earnings per share to be between $7.10 and $7.40 and expects free cash flow to be between $8.0 and $8.4 billion.
