Groupe Bastide Changes Market Animator to Portzamparc (BNP Paribas)
Groupe Bastide, a major European home healthcare player, has announced the transfer of its liquidity contract to Portzamparc (BNP Paribas Group) effective March 25, 2026. This new agreement replaces the previous one signed with Gilbert Dupont since October 2021.
Details of the New Market Animation Contract
The contract entrusted to Portzamparc concerns the market animation of Groupe Bastide's shares on Euronext Paris. The initial duration is one year, with automatic renewal. This contract is in accordance with AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021, and adheres to the ethical charter of the French Association of Financial Markets (AMAFI).
Transfer of Resources to the New Liquidity Account
The resources transferred to the new liquidity account include 1,905 Groupe Bastide shares and 39,050.54 euros. The contract may be suspended under conditions set by the AMF, in the absence of authorization for the buyback of own shares, or at the request of Groupe Bastide. It may also be terminated by the group at any time without notice, or by Portzamparc with one month's notice.
