Invibes Advertising Reports a 32% Revenue Decline in Q4 2025
On Tuesday, Invibes Advertising released its Q4 2025 results, marked by a significant downturn in its operations amid advertiser caution. The ad tech group continues its strategic focus on the launch of its generative artificial intelligence platform Fusion and a commercial reorganization.
Financial Performance in Q4 2025
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Invibes Advertising recorded consolidated revenues of 5.7 million euros, down 32% compared to the same period in 2024. This trend follows the pattern observed in the third quarter and reflects a year 2025 described by the group as a major strategic transition year. The statement attributes this contraction to a market environment characterized by significant advertiser caution and late budgetary decisions. For the full year of 2025, the cumulative revenue amounted to 19.3 million euros, a 23% decrease compared to 2024. According to the group, this period was marked by a deep adaptation of its organization, scope, and offerings, aimed at sustainably strengthening its fundamentals. The strategic initiatives implemented during 2025 have contributed to strengthening the group's fundamentals but have not yet led to a stabilization of revenues. Meanwhile, the management is actively exploring other strategic options.
Launch of Fusion AI Platform
Fusion, Invibes' proprietary platform based on generative artificial intelligence, was officially launched in September 2025. Although the launch occurred at a time when the media budgets of many advertisers were already committed, it enabled the deployment of campaigns for more than 10 clients in its first months of commercialization, including Decathlon, Pandora, Vespa, Volkswagen, and others. Presentations of Fusion to advertisers have generated feedback described as particularly positive by the group. As part of its strategic refocusing, Invibes has adapted its commercial organization by significantly reducing its sales force, accompanied by a significant increase in performance per salesperson. This evolution illustrates, according to the group, the rise of a more selective, more efficient model, and more oriented towards value creation.
Recognition in Advertising Attention
During the fiscal year 2025, Invibes distinguished itself on the podium of rankings rewarding the best advertising attention, notably with Lumen, Xpln.ai, and DoubleVerify. These recognitions, according to the group, reinforce Invibes' credibility and highlight the differentiation of its advertising solutions in a market where attention has become the primary criterion for advertisers.
