JCDecaux Reduces Stake in APG|SGA
JCDecaux sold 325,519 shares of APG|SGA to NZZ, representing 10.85% of the company's share capital. This transaction, in accordance with the share purchase agreement announced on December 12, 2025, was finalized on April 30, 2026. Following this transaction, JCDecaux holds approximately 5.6% of APG|SGA's share capital and retains a seat on the company's Board of Directors.
Amounts Generated by the Two Successive Sales
Thursday's transaction generated a payment of 71.6 million Swiss francs, approximately 79 million euros before transaction fees. This operation follows a previous sale of 13.56% of APG|SGA's capital completed on May 30, 2024. In total, the two transactions have generated a payment in favor of JCDecaux of 161.2 million Swiss francs, approximately 169 million euros before transaction fees.
Governance Change at APG|SGA
Daniel Hofer, former member of the Executive Board of JCDecaux SE and chairman of the Board of Directors of APG|SGA, has stepped down from his position. He is succeeded by Dr. Felix Graf, CEO of NZZ.
