Kering Appoints New Digital and AI Director to the Executive Committee
Kering announces the appointment of Pierre Houlès as the Group's Digital, AI, and IT Director, effective immediately. He joins Kering's Executive Committee.
Immediate Appointment and Responsibilities
Pierre Houlès has been appointed as Kering's Digital, AI, and IT Director with immediate effect. He joins the Group's Executive Committee and will report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Chief Operating Officer at Kering. His role will focus on strengthening the Group's digital strategy and accelerating the transformation of its technological architecture.
Extensive Experience in Digital Transformation
Pierre Houlès brings significant experience in large-scale digital transformation. From 2004 to 2011, he led major transformation projects at Capgemini. He then joined CANAL+ where he was appointed Chief Information Officer in 2012. In 2016, he moved to Renault Group to lead its digital transformation. Appointed as the Managing Director of Renault Digital in 2019, he also served as the Deputy IT Director of the group and as the Technical Director for the Mobilize and Dacia brands. Pierre Houlès holds degrees from EPITA and Sorbonne Business School.
