Kering Initiates Major Reorganization and Creates Two Strategic Divisions
Kering announces the creation of two new centers of excellence — Industry and Clients — aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of the Group and supporting the sustainable growth of its Houses. This reorganization is part of a unified Group platform designed to accelerate the execution of brand strategies.
Structure of the New Divisions
The Industry division integrates procurement, production, supply chain management, quality, and research and development, to strengthen the structure, excellence, and efficiency of the production apparatus. The Client division consolidates expertise and common solutions to implement the Group's strategy in this area, in close collaboration with the Houses. Its missions cover the entire value chain and customer-related functions: product and pricing, marketing, distribution channels, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and data. The teams within the Houses will functionally report to these two divisions.
