Legrand finalized its consolidated accounts on December 31, 2025, during the Board of Directors meeting held on February 11, 2026. The group recorded a revenue of 9.5 billion euros for the past fiscal year. The audit procedures of the statutory auditors on the consolidated accounts have been carried out. The certification report will be issued after the completion of the verifications related to the management report and the presentation in the format required by the ESEF regulation of the accounts to be included in the annual financial report.
