Legrand Offers Shares at a 20% Discount to Its Employees
Legrand announces the launch of its second international employee share ownership plan, open to eligible employees of the group in France and internationally. The operation will take place from March 13 to March 31, 2026.
Legrand offers eligible employees the opportunity to purchase shares at a price of 118.20 euros, which includes a 20% discount. The plan is implemented in France and internationally, including in China. The shares will be subscribed through a corporate mutual fund (FCPE) for employee share ownership or, in some countries, directly by the employees. These shares will be subject to a five-year lock-up period, except in exceptional cases where early release is authorized.
