Lucibel Reports a Revenue of 5.6 Million Euros in 2025, Down by 12%
Lucibel Group has released its annual results for 2025, showing a decrease in revenue to 5.6 million euros from 6.3 million the previous year. This period is marked by the completion of an operational restructuring and, since January 2026, by the commencement of judicial recovery proceedings.
Detailed Financial Performance
Lucibel's annual revenue for 2025 amounted to 5.6 million euros, a 12% decrease from 2024 when it was 6.3 million euros, representing a drop of 772,000 euros. This change reflects varied trajectories across the group's activities. The Scenographic Lighting vertical, accounting for nearly 76% of the group's revenue for the year, underwent significant structural changes following the completed industrial restructuring. The consolidation of the lighting activity production sites was carried out in Montreuil, integrating Lucibel Pro into this vertical alongside Procédés Hallier and Special Projects. Procédés Hallier recorded a 24% decrease in its revenue in 2025, attributed to temporary operational difficulties. Lucibel Pro saw an 11% decrease in revenue, reflecting the operational adjustments following the now-stabilized restructuring, with consolidated logistics and a streamlined cost structure. The Special Projects Business Unit recorded a nearly 250% increase in revenue, demonstrating the group's ability to win high-value projects through its technical expertise.
Cosmetic Lighting Vertical Challenges
In the Cosmetic Lighting vertical, Lucibel.le Paris recorded a 27% decrease in revenue in 2025. This decline occurred in a context of increased competition in the cosmetic lighting segment, further exacerbated by operational difficulties encountered with the subcontractor responsible for manufacturing the devices sold by Lucibel.le Paris. At the beginning of 2026, the group also approached the competent courts in Normandy to seek continuation of these activities under judicial recovery. This approach was formalized by the decision of the Rouen Economic Activities Court on January 13, 2026, initiating a six-month observation period during which activities will continue. This period should allow the group to build a recovery trajectory within a less constrained financial framework.
Upcoming Financial Statement Publication
Lucibel will publish its annual accounts for 2025 on April 30, 2026, after the stock market closes.
