Lucibel: its subsidiary Procédés Hallier placed under judicial receivership
The commercial court of Rouen ruled favorably, during a hearing held on October 27, 2026, on the application filed by Lucibel SA, parent company of Procédés Hallier. The group also announced the postponement of the publication of its consolidated semi-annual accounts.
Cessation of payments by Procédés Hallier in late September
The application for judicial receivership follows a situation of payment cessation at Procédés Hallier, which occurred in late September due to revenue falling short of expectations. The opening of the procedure is accompanied by an observation period for the subsidiary.
Founded in 2009 and based in Le Houlme, in the Rouen region, Lucibel designs, develops and manufactures lighting devices intended for luxury, art and beauty. The group is built around scenographic lighting and cosmetic lighting, and has a production site in Montreuil.
Lucibel SA and Lucibelle Paris under observation until January 2027
During the same hearing, the court confirmed that the observation periods for Lucibel SA and Lucibelle Paris will continue, respectively, until January 13, 2027 and until January 27, 2027. With the opening of that for Procédés Hallier, three group companies are thus in an observation period.
Semi-annual accounts postponed to December 15
Lucibel also indicated that the publication of its consolidated accounts for June 30, 2026 is postponed to December 15. These semi-annual accounts will be published at the same time as the consolidated accounts for December 31, 2025.
