Macompta.fr: Revenue Up 28.1% in 2025/2026
The French accounting software publisher has released its annual results for 2025/2026: a revenue of €5.205 million, an annual increase of 28.1%. This significant acceleration is based on its three current offerings (accounting, payroll, billing). Notably, these results do not yet include the expected revenues from approved electronic billing or marketed AI agents, which the company positions as future growth drivers.
Increase Driven by All Existing Products
In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025/2026 (April-June 2026), Macompta.fr recorded a revenue of €1.595 million, a 27% increase compared to the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. For the full fiscal year 2025/2026, the revenue reached €5.205 million compared to €4.064 million in 2024/2025. This 28.1% increase reflects, according to the company, a 'strong commercial momentum'.
Growth is observed across all product segments of the platform: accounting, payroll, and billing software. Founded in 2007 by a chartered accountant, Macompta.fr claims to have more than 100,000 users, including businesses, associations, accountants, and consulting professionals. The site benefits from recommendations from major banking networks, accountants, and national sports federations.
Electronic Billing and AI Agents Have Not Yet Generated Revenue
The press release highlights a clear point: the published revenue 'does not yet include revenues related to electronic billing for which Macompta.fr has obtained the qualification of an approved platform'. Similarly, no revenue has yet been recorded from the marketing of AI agents. The company positions these two areas as future expansion axes, without providing a timeline or expected impact amount.
This absence creates tension for investors: the current 28% growth is entirely based on the historical software offering. The two growth drivers identified by management remain potential and unmonetized to date.
