MaCompta.fr: Revenue Up 34% in First Quarter, ARR Grows 36.9%
First quarter growth for fiscal year 2026/2027 is at the upper end of the annual range confirmed by MaCompta.fr at this time, between 28% and 35%. The online management software publisher based in Lagord also published, for the first time, its annual recurring revenue (ARR), an indicator that measures the annualized value of its active subscription portfolio.
This new indicator increased by 36.9% year-over-year, a pace faster than that of quarterly revenue. For a company whose model is based exclusively on subscription, according to the press release, it provides a measure of the level of contractual activity at the close of the quarter.
Quarterly Revenue Reaches 1,387.4 k€
MaCompta.fr announced on October 15, 2026 revenue of 1,387.4 k€ for the first quarter of its 2026/2027 fiscal year, covering the period from July 1 to September 30, 2026. It stood at 1,035.4 k€ one year earlier, representing an increase of 34%.
The businesses and associations market (DIREDA), the main contributor, generated 1,147.8 k€ in revenue, up 29.8%. The market for accounting firms and other accounting and payroll professionals (DECOF) reached 239.6 k€, up 58.3%.
Both activities advanced during the quarter. The strongest growth came from the DECOF segment, which is smaller in absolute value than the DIREDA segment.
Subscription Portfolio Up 36.9% Year-Over-Year
As of September 30, 2026, total annual recurring revenue stood at 6,320.4 k€, compared to 4,616.5 k€ one year earlier. The company calculates it by multiplying the number of active subscriptions on the last day of the period by the applicable rate for each subscription plan.
The breakdown by market mirrors the hierarchy observed in revenue. ARR for the DIREDA segment reached 5,275.6 k€, up 34.7%, while that for the DECOF segment stood at 1,044.8 k€, up 49.4%.
This is a stock level (active subscriptions at a given date) and not a billing flow. Its 36.9% growth, higher than the 34% quarterly revenue increase, indicates that the active subscription portfolio grew faster than revenues recorded during the period. As a reference point, this amount exceeds the revenue of 5,205 k€ achieved over the entire 2025/2026 fiscal year, published on October 5, 2026.
