MACOMPTA.FR Appoints Sylvain Badina as CEO and Reorganizes Its Governance
MACOMPTA.FR announced on Tuesday a strengthening of its governance with the appointment of Sylvain Badina as CEO effective April 15, 2026. This decision is part of a separation of the roles of Chairman of the Board and CEO.

The Board of Directors of MACOMPTA.FR, convened on April 15, 2026, decided to separate the roles of Chairman of the Board and CEO. Sylvain Badina, a chartered accountant since 2002 and Director of Products and Support since September 1, 2025, has been appointed CEO of MACOMPTA.FR effective April 15, 2026. Sylvain Heurtier, who previously held both roles, retains his position as Chairman of the Board.
Strengthening Operational Leadership
Claire Alin, the company's Director of Communications, has also been appointed Deputy CEO effective April 15, 2026. This new organization aims to strengthen the operational leadership of MACOMPTA.FR and to more effectively separate operational management from the oversight of operations and strategy within the Board.
