Mare Nostrum Closes 2025 with a Revenue of 106.7 Million Euros
Mare Nostrum, a human resources specialist for SMEs and mid-cap companies, has published its annual results for 2025, marked by a transitional exercise and strategic refocusing. The group recorded an annual revenue of 106.7 million euros after completing the divestitures of Altros and AT Patrimoine.
Strategic Refocusing and Resilient Revenue
Mare Nostrum concluded the 2025 fiscal year with a resilient revenue of 106.7 million euros. This year was particularly significant for the group, which benefited from the approval of its plans by the Commercial Court during the summer. The group finalized its strategic refocusing with the divestitures of Altros and AT Patrimoine activities, which took place in the fourth quarter of 2025. This restructuring repositions the group around four complementary pillars: Temporary Work, Training, Recruitment, and HR Services. The Temporary Work activity, the group's main line, reported an annual revenue of 89.5 million euros, down 3 percent compared to 2024 on a comparable scope, which was 92.3 million euros. The group highlights the good resistance of this division despite a contracting Temporary Work market, showing an average decline of 6.5 percent in November 2025 compared to 2024. This performance is particularly supported by the new brand strategy implemented by the group in 2025.
Growth in Recruitment and Strategic Repositioning in HR Services
The Recruitment division recorded a slight increase to 1.1 million euros, up 5.6 percent compared to 2024 on a comparable scope. This performance benefits from its reorganization and the launch of a new health branch. The HR Services division, in full strategic repositioning, amounted to 1.9 million euros in 2025 compared to 5.1 million euros in 2024 on a comparable scope. The Training division achieved a revenue of 8.6 million euros in the 2025 fiscal year, mainly incorporating the activity of AT Patrimoine sold in early October 2025. The Portage activity, sold at the end of September 2025, contributed 5.7 million euros to the group's revenue. The new scope for 2026 will no longer include the Portage activity and will focus the Training division on its historical training activities and its Arcadia campus.
Looking Forward to a New Development Phase
Mare Nostrum is projecting itself into a new phase of development centered on its key expertise, with a streamlined organization. The group defines its strategy as oriented towards profitability and operational efficiency. The complete annual results for the 2025 fiscal year will be presented on April 28, 2026.
