The Board of Directors of Mercialys has announced the departure of Ms. Elizabeth Blaise from her position as Deputy CEO. After more than ten years with the company, her departure will be effective on December 31, 2025. Until that date, she will continue to fulfill her responsibilities alongside the executive team. The Board expressed its gratitude to Ms. Blaise for her significant contribution to the strategy and performance of the group during her tenure.
