According to the press release, Sarah Leroy joins Mercialys as Secretary-General and a member of the executive committee. She will be responsible for overseeing the legal, governance, compliance, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) departments under the leadership of Vincent Ravat, the CEO of Mercialys. A lawyer specializing in real estate and mergers and acquisitions, Sarah Leroy has over twenty years of experience in senior legal, governance, compliance, and secretarial roles. She has held key positions at Axa Investment Managers, Tereos, as well as at the law firms Jones Day and August & Debouzy.
