Mercialys Diversifies Its Food Offering
Mercialys announces an increased diversification of its commercial offerings with the opening of a Leclerc hypermarket and the upcoming arrival of Grand Frais in Brest.
Real Estate Portfolio and Financial Performance
As of June 30, 2025, Mercialys held a real estate portfolio valued at 2.9 billion euros, with a portfolio of 1,985 leases generating an annualized rental base of 180.4 million euros. The company, listed on the stock exchange since 2005, is part of the SBF 120 and has 93,886,501 shares in circulation.
Expansion of Retail Locations
According to Mercialys, the newly inaugurated Leclerc hypermarket at the SHOP•PARK of Phare de l’Europe in Brest strengthens its presence in the region. Grand Frais is also expected in the second half of 2026, further solidifying an already robust food offering with brands like Intermarché, Auchan, Carrefour, and Lidl.
Impact of Renovations on Foot Traffic
According to the press release, renovations carried out by the brands at Mercialys' sites have increased foot traffic, with increases ranging from +26% to +45% depending on the location. Mercialys plans to continue its strategic acquisitions to bolster its growth.
