The Board of Directors of Mexedia S.p.A., a Società Benefit, has formally appointed Paolo Bona as the new CEO. This appointment follows the resignation of Orlando Taddeo for personal reasons. Paolo Bona, who previously held the positions of Managing Director and Chief Business Officer at the company, will now lead the organization. His appointment aims to ensure strategic and operational continuity at Mexedia, leveraging his experience in the financial and industrial sectors.
Board Enhancement
During the same meeting, the Mexedia Board of Directors also co-opted Augusto Pellegrini as a board member. This co-option is intended to strengthen the board's composition and expertise, in line with best governance practices. The Board has decided to entrust Paolo Bona with all operational and management delegations, respecting the company's organization and governance.
