Mercialys has announced the appointment of Sarah Leroy as Secretary General. She now oversees the Legal, Governance, Compliance, and CSR departments within the company's Executive Committee. Sarah Leroy, a lawyer specialized in real estate and mergers and acquisitions, has over twenty years of experience in senior legal, governance, and compliance roles. She has previously worked at Axa Investment Managers, Tereos, as well as at the law firms Jones Day and August & Debouzy. She will report directly to Vincent Ravat, the CEO of Mercialys.
