NSE Group achieved a revenue of €109.5 million in 2025, marking a 6% increase from 2024 (€103.6 million). The Services Business Unit accounted for 63% of the annual revenue with €69.2 million (-0.8%), and the Integrations Business Unit represented 37% with €40.3 million (+19.1%). The activities of Ametra Integration, consolidated since October 1, 2025, contributed €5 million to the annual revenue. In the second half of 2025, the consolidated revenue amounted to €57.9 million, up 19.7% compared to the second semester of 2024.

NSE Group executed the sale of 120,000 self-held shares, generating €4.2 million in liquidity, and established coordinated financing to fund the acquisition of Ametra Integration. The Group confirms its expectation for a significantly higher EBITDA in 2025 compared to 2024, both in value and as a percentage of revenue. The Supervisory Board has renewed the mandates of all members of the Executive Board for three years and appointed Laurie Douaud as a member of the Executive Board and Vice President of Integrations.
