Oeneo: Magdeleine Allaume to succeed Dominique Tourneix as Chief Executive Officer
Oeneo's Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Magdeleine Allaume to succeed Mr. Dominique Tourneix, whose term of office will end on November 30, 2026. The new Chief Executive Officer will take up her duties on December 1, 2026, and will also retain the position of Chief Executive Officer of Seguin Moreau.
An executive with experience at the Bénéteau group and then at Seguin Moreau
Meeting on October 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of Oeneo appointed Ms. Magdeleine Allaume as Chief Executive Officer of the group, effective December 1, 2026. According to the press release, this decision is part of “a logic of continuity and pursuit of the Group's strategic orientations”.
She will report to the Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Nicolas Hériard Dubreuil. Her mission will consist, according to the company, of pursuing the group's development and meeting its challenges “in a context of a sector in transformation”, while preparing the future of Oeneo.
A graduate of HEC, Ms. Allaume began her career at the consulting firm BearingPoint before joining the Bénéteau group in 2005. There she held responsibilities in purchasing, logistics, and then operations, up to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary SPBI.
Joining Oeneo in 2022 as Chief Executive Officer of Seguin Moreau, she has led the adaptation of the business to a market environment that the press release describes as “particularly demanding”. She has also been President of the Fédération des Tonneliers de France since June 2024.
Dominique Tourneix, more than 20 years at Oeneo
Joining Oeneo in 2003 as Industrial Director of the Stoppering division, Mr. Dominique Tourneix gradually expanded his responsibilities until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the group in October 2020. He will leave these duties at the end of his term.
The press release credits him with steering the group's resilience in a shifting economic and geopolitical environment. He is also credited with strengthening commitments in corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSR) and supporting the group's capacity for innovation.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors praised his contribution over more than 20 years, including 19 years as head of the Stoppering division. During this period, volumes rose from 50 million to over 2 billion Diam stoppers, followed by 6 years as Chief Executive Officer of the group.
According to Mr. Hériard Dubreuil, this change in governance “is part of a desire for continuity and stability”, and Ms. Allaume has “our full confidence to take up the torch”. The group will publish its half-year revenue for the 2026-2027 fiscal year on November 3, 2026.
