Œneo completes acquisition of Lamouroux, specialist in wine temperature control
Through its subsidiary Vivelys, the Gironde-based group adds expertise in thermal regulation of winemaking and aging processes to its offering for the wine industry. The operation, paid entirely in cash, was completed following the satisfaction of all conditions precedent.
100% acquisition of Lamouroux capital finalized
Oeneo announces the completion of the acquisition of the entire capital of Lamouroux by its subsidiary Vivelys, held at 100%. The transaction takes place following the satisfaction of all prior and suspensive conditions provided for in the agreement reached with the company's shareholders.
This agreement had been announced in early July, in a press release dated July 8, 2026. Based in Beychac-et-Caillau, in Gironde, Lamouroux specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of automated systems for controlling and regulating temperature for winemaking processes.
Payment was made entirely in cash. The management team of Lamouroux will oversee the transition, alongside the teams of the Oeneo group.
Consolidation in accounts from September 1, 2026 onwards
Lamouroux will be consolidated in the accounts of the Oeneo group from September 1, 2026 onwards. The acquisition further complements the offering of Vivelys and the group in supporting wine industry stakeholders.
It adds technological expertise dedicated to temperature regulation during winemaking and aging stages. This activity focuses on controlling and regulating temperature during wine transformation processes.

Oeneo's headquarters are located in Bordeaux. Vivelys, a subsidiary held at 100%, oversees the integration of Lamouroux within the group's scope.
