Osmo Energy Raises Its 2025 Distribution Target
Osmo Energy, managed by Mata Capital IM, has raised its 2025 distribution target to 7.00% gross of foreign taxation.
Increased 2025 Distribution Target
Osmo Energy, a SCPI managed by Mata Capital IM, announces that it has raised its distribution target for the year 2025 to 7.00% gross of foreign taxation. This change is justified by maintaining a balance between capital raising and investments, real estate acquisitions with an average yield of 7.5%, and a financial occupancy and rent collection at 100%. According to the company, this upward revision reflects the strength of the SCPI's fundamentals and the positive momentum since its inception.
Continued Pan-European Investment Strategy
Osmo Energy continues its pan-European investment strategy, aiming for sustainable performance. The company maintains its long-term objectives, with a target distribution rate of 6.00% and a target IRR of 5.50% over the recommended holding period of ten years. Although the long-term objectives remain unchanged, this upward revision for 2025 is seen as a reward for the associates who have supported the SCPI since its launch in 2024.
Selective Market Context
In a selective market context, the distribution targets set by Osmo Energy are not guaranteed.
