Publicis Groupe Releases Semi-Annual Liquidity Contract Report
Publicis Groupe has disclosed the figures for its liquidity contract managed by BNP Paribas for the second half of 2025. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 22,900 shares and 17.7 million euros in cash.
Detailed Trading Activities
During the second half of 2025, according to the press release, BNP Paribas executed a total of 926,810 purchase transactions amounting to 78.1 million euros across 6,709 transactions. On the selling side, the service provider disposed of 940,140 shares for 79.5 million euros, completed in 7,388 transactions. As of December 31, 2025, the closing date of the report, the available resources in the liquidity account were 22,900 shares and 17,728,607 euros in cash, compared to 41,000 shares and 15.7 million euros on June 30, 2025. This mechanism aims to enhance the liquidity of the Publicis Groupe stock listed on Euronext Paris and to ensure the regularity of its quotations.
First Semester Overview and Regulatory Framework
The group recalls that in the first semester of 2025, 858,989 shares were bought for a total of 80.2 million euros through 5,771 transactions, and 869,759 shares were sold for 81.6 million euros, across 5,599 transactions. The purchase and sale volumes over the two semesters thus appear relatively balanced. For reference, the company notes that on September 12, 2022, at the start of the contract interventions, the liquidity account contained 95,500 shares and 10.1 million euros. The implementation of this report is part of the framework established by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) decision number 2021-01 of June 22, 2021, which regulates liquidity contracts on equity securities as an accepted market practice.
