The Paris market is evolving against the backdrop of tension over French debt: the 10-year OAT stands at 4.72% according to the latest reading from the Banque de France on October 6, with a spread of 1.27 points versus the Bund. On the company side, Renault announced on October 5 the arrival of Carine Damois at the head of finance effective November 14, 2026, replacing Duncan Minto. When publishing H1 2026 results on July 30, the group indicated that the Middle East crisis was weighing on raw material costs, energy and logistics. Based on earnings expected by the consensus of surveyed analysts, the stock is trading at approximately 4 times current year earnings.
