Renault shares rebound after four-year low since 2022
The diamond-branded manufacturer hits a new multi-year low during the session before recovering. The rebound occurs in a declining CAC 40, at the end of a particularly difficult month for the stock.
Renault touched 24.38 € during the session, breaking through its 2022 low which stood at 24.44 €. The stock was trading at 25.08 € in early afternoon, up 1.62 % from the last close at 24.68 €. This rebound remains modest compared to the decline: -4.64 % over one week and -13.93 % over one month.
The price is evolving below its three moving averages, with the 20-day moving average at 27.61 € sitting 9.16 % above, and it is holding just below the support level at 25.09 €, which today's rally is bringing it to touch. The RSI at 32 reflects the accumulated selling pressure in recent weeks. At the same time, the CAC 40 is down 0.61 %, while Renault is among the index's strongest gainers.
