Serge Ferrari to Transition from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth on June 24, 2026
On Monday, SergeFerrari Group announced its plans to transfer its shares from the regulated market of Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris, effective June 24, 2026. The move, approved by the general assembly on April 22, 2026, aims to benefit from a regulatory framework better suited to its size and to reduce listing costs.
Transition to a Less Restrictive Market
SergeFerrari Group is leaving the C compartment of the regulated market of Euronext Paris to join Euronext Growth Paris, a multilateral trading facility. This transition was approved by the Euronext admission committee on June 18, 2026, just days before its operational application. The manufacturer of composite materials describes this migration as a simplification of its obligations and a reduction in the costs associated with its listing. The group also emphasizes that this new positioning will enhance the visibility of its stock, which will be among the most significant capitalizations on the Euronext Growth Paris market.
ISIN Unchanged, Stock Symbol Modified
The ISIN code for SergeFerrari shares (FR0011950682) remains the same, ensuring administrative continuity and no disruption for shareholders. However, the stock symbol will change from 'SEFER' to 'ALFER' starting from market opening on June 24, 2026. The transfer will be carried out through an accelerated direct admission procedure without the issuance of new shares. The shares will be delisted from trading on Euronext Paris before market opening and simultaneously admitted to Euronext Growth Paris. SergeFerrari intends to maintain its obligations for periodic and continuous information publication, as well as continue applying IFRS standards for its consolidated reporting.
Reorganization Supported by TP ICAP
TP ICAP (Europe) SA acts as the sponsor of the listing to support SergeFerrari in this transition. SergeFerrari Group, which generated a consolidated turnover of €347.5 million in 2025 (over 80% from exports), has production facilities in France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Asia, with a commercial presence in 80 countries.
