Sif Holding: Chief Operating Officer Pepijn Timmermans Steps Down
Sif Holding announced on Monday the immediate departure of Pepijn Timmermans from his role as Chief Operating Officer and member of the executive board. The decision was mutually agreed upon following discussions about the next phase of the group's development.
Pepijn Timmermans is leaving his position as Chief Operating Officer and board member effective June 15, 2026. According to the press release, this decision was made mutually and is not related to any disagreements over the group's strategy, financial reporting, governance, or operational outlook. Neil McArthur, chairman of the supervisory board, stated, 'We thank Pepijn for his efforts and commitment during his tenure with the company. On behalf of the supervisory board, I wish him great success in his future endeavors.'
