Sodexo has announced the appointment of Agnès Park as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the group, effective July 1, 2026. She will report directly to CEO Thierry Delaporte and will join the company's global executive governance.
An International Profile from the Automotive and Life Sciences Sectors
With 27 years of experience in human resources, Agnès Park joins Sodexo from Valeo, where she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she led the HR strategy of the global automotive leader, operating in 32 countries with over 100,000 employees. Previously, she held HR leadership positions in the pharmaceutical and health technology sectors. A French national, Agnès Park is fluent in English and Korean and is based in France.
