Recognition at Both National and Global Levels

STMicroelectronics is among the 96 companies that have received the Top Employer France 2026 certification, issued by the Top Employers Institute, the group reports. For the second consecutive year, the semiconductor manufacturer has also secured the Global Top Employer 2026 certification, boasting 41 national certifications. This global recognition is limited to only 17 companies in total, the press release specifies. The certification is based on a survey assessing the best practices in human resources, followed by a validation and audit phase conducted at the headquarters and in each country.

The certification program by the Top Employers Institute annually analyzes company practices across six main areas, the press release details. The evaluation focuses on human resources strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, diversity equity and inclusion, as well as employee well-being. This survey undergoes a rigorous verification process. In 2025, the Top Employers Institute certified nearly 2,500 organizations in 131 countries and regions, impacting over 14 million employees worldwide, according to the institute.

Praise from Human Resources Director

Jean-François Malleville, the Human Resources Director of STMicroelectronics France, praised this distinction, which he believes rewards the group's efforts to provide career advancement opportunities for every talent, regardless of their career stage. The executive thanked all employees and the managers who support them daily. STMicroelectronics employs 50,000 people worldwide and works with over 200,000 clients, the group indicates. The company controls the entire semiconductor supply chain with its production sites.
