TERA Group Announces 10% Revenue Growth in the First Half of 2025
TERA Group has made its financial results for the first half of 2025 public, showing a 10% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year.
Financial Performance in the First Half of 2025
During the first half of 2025, TERA Group recorded a revenue of 7.1 million euros, up 10% from the same period in 2024, where it was 6.5 million euros. This increase is primarily due to the positive dynamics of the laboratories, with a revenue of 6.072 million euros, representing a 15% increase from 2024. Conversely, the sensors division experienced an 11% decrease, totaling 1.052 million euros, mainly due to the reorganization of OMWAVE and efforts dedicated to the industrialization of a silicon-based gas sensor.
Strategic Divestitures and Share Buyback Initiative
According to the press release, TERA Group has reached a significant milestone with the divestiture of its TERA Environnement and Toxilabo laboratories to CELNOR France, completed on October 7, 2025. This sale is part of a strategy to refocus on real-time air quality measurement activities. The group has also initiated a public share buyback project, with a total amount of 13 million euros and a buyback price set at 6.5 euros per share.
Focusing on Air Quality Measurement
With the divestiture of its historic laboratory activities, TERA Group is now focusing on expanding its operations in real-time air quality measurement, leveraging its entities TERA Sensor, Omwave, and Atmotrack. This reorientation aims to accelerate growth in high-potential markets. The group also plans to strengthen its financial structure and optimize its commercial and marketing strategy for these new activities.
