Tractial, formerly known as BD Multimedia, announces a split of the nominal value of its shares by half, effective from December 17, 2025, on Euronext Growth Paris.
Shareholder Approval and Administrative Validation
According to Tractial's press release, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on September 26, 2025, approved the halving of the nominal value of its shares from €2.00 to €1.00 per share. This operation, validated by the board of directors on December 9, 2025, does not affect the company's share capital, which remains at €5,267,336 but is now represented by 5,267,336 shares with a nominal value of €1.00 each. The number of shares in circulation will thus increase from 2,633,668 to 5,267,336, without any change in the rights attached to the shares.
Effective Date and Trading Details
According to the company, the division of the nominal value of the shares will be effective as of December 17, 2025, subject to confirmation from Euronext Paris. From this date, the shares will be traded with their new nominal value on Euronext Growth Paris. The current shares will continue to be traded until the eve of this date, after which they will be automatically replaced in the shareholders' accounts by the new shares, without any costs or formalities for the shareholders. The delivery of the new shares is scheduled to start on December 18, 2025.
